Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of quality mineral properties. Our current focus is on potash and coal exploration in geological settings with established element and fossil fuel endowment within Central Canada.
Cloudbreak Resources has received, from the Coal and Mineral Development Unit of the Province of Alberta's Department of Energy, the rights to approximately 350,000 acres of subsurface potash in the Vermillion area near the Alberta-Saskatchewan border. In addition to this potash position, the company has received permits from the Province of Saskatchewan's Ministry of Energy and Resources for a total 475,000 acres of coal exploration, with many permitted areas near various interests of Goldsource Mines (GXS.V) and Weststar Resources Corp (WER.V). It is Cloudbreak Resources’ goal to continue to seek out and explore projects that possess strong potential, advance them to the pre-feasibility stage, and ultimately into commercial production, thereby garnering financial returns for the company and enhancing value for its shareholders.
